FREE Limited Edition EP - "Stealing from the Broken"

Oct. 12th, 2007 | 03:03 pm

I have put together a 5-track EP titled, "Stealing from the Broken." Most of these tracks are new, not posted on the inter-web, and generally not heard by anyone. I have decided to release a limited edition of this CD (probably about 20 copies) with hand-drawn CD sleeve inserts. I am giving this CD away for FREE, but you have to somehow get it from me. If you live far away and want me to ship it, send me a few bucks for shipping. Anyway, I will begin taking requests for the CD however they come, in order. So even if you have no way of physically getting the CD from me, ask for it, cause after about 20 or so of these I'm going to get tired of making them.

"Stealing from the Broken" has five tracks:
1. Stealing from the Broken
2. Jazzercize
3. I need it
4. Chronic Illness
5. March to the Sea

Here's an example of what your CD sleeve insert will look like (although each will be different & original):

Just let me know if you want one. Laterzzz

i have some recommended listening for everybody:

Sound Tribe Sector 9 - "Live at Home"
and
Polar - "Out of the Blue"

they're both some excellent drum&bass. at first, i had a negative preconception about D&B, just because i figured it would be annoying, cheesy techno, but i was wrong. the genre seems to be more chill/experimental/trip-hop-ish stuff. definitely worth check out.

I think I'm gonna start posting interesting links and stuff I find on other blogs. At least it will give you guys something interesting to read every once in a while. I think I'll start with this:

Fremont man lets Scripture guide bid for U.S. Senate
Fed up with the national government, a Fremont man is making a U.S. Senate run on a platform that is anti-gun control, anti-abortion, and pro-prayer in schools. And he's a Democrat who says homosexuality is immoral.

Merrill Keiser Jr., 61, of 317 N. Granville Blvd., is a truck driver and a self-described "Biblicist," according to his business card. But he is campaigning in this year's Democratic primary in the hopes fellow Ohioans share his distaste for the way government is run. In particular, he said the government has been slowly turning from its strict religious roots.

And this is just disgusting:
He added while he wouldn't personally draft the bill, he would not be opposed to legislation that would make homosexuality a felony offense punishable by death.
